Toucan recruitment are looking for Customer service advisors to work in a large growing organisation in Cardiff.
- Your role will be to advise existing customers on an upgrade or customer who are looking to end their subscription
- You will make sure they feel like the number one priority and are fully informed
about the options and services available to them
- Hours of work: 40 hours per week – Likely to be 4 x 10 hour days
- Business operational hours are 8am to 10pm seven days a week; you will be expected to have a degree of flexibility within these hours, company try and be as supportive as possible but must be flexible with hours
What you can expect in return:
- In addition to an excellent salary of £16,016, you can expect to earn an average £400 per month in bonus. (Average earnings per annum £20,000 to £22,800)
